Based on development needs, provide support and assistance to ISAIEG and ISA schools in curriculum planning and teaching research management, thereby facilitating and enhancing the academic growth of ISA schools and contributing to the establishment and improvement of the ISA academic system which includes:
Communicate in depth with the Group's academic SLTs to establish a mechanism for evaluating the quality of teaching in ISA schools. Design a teacher evaluation system and introduce training courses for ISA teaching professionals;
According to management needs, assist superior and provide professional advice for the recruiting of academic team members as and when needs arises;
Assist in the construction of integrated curriculum for ISA Wenhua Schools (International), and provide professional support in the teacher recruitment and admission when required;
According to the development needs, assist each campus to improve their academic system; actively participate in the formulation of curriculum planning to ensure its effective teaching service and implement of teaching quality control;
Participate in formulation and assessment of the Group-level development plan for ISA Features courses, ensuring the timely delivery of a high-quality teaching curriculum;
Organize and oversee the planning, designing, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the Group's unique teaching and learning activities.
Participate in the development and implementation of rules and regulations of the Academic Centre.
Support the construction of schools or other relevant programmes within the Group, as well as works related to curriculum and teaching research.
Collaborate with superior to ensure comprehensive support for all relevant undertakings across the Group, and fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Education;
Evidence of ongoing personal professional learning including some of the following: membership of professional associations, conference attendance, completion of short courses, school or programme evaluation (on behalf of accrediting organizations);
Evidence of ongoing professional outreach, including some of the following: presentations or facilitation at conferences, workshops, and seminars; formal coaching or mentoring of staff; membership of systemic or regional committees which plan and deliver professional learning;
Has been a member of a Senior Leadership Team in a school or has been a senior member of a research, professional learning, or curriculum development team in an educational organization;
Educational leadership at least at a Senior Leadership Team level in international educational institutions within China will be given preference;
Curriculum development within schools and within systems.
