- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Earth Sciences/Environmental subjects at the high school level
- Familiarity with the UK-IGCSE curriculum preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction
