Position: Head of Art
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated art educators.
Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment for both pupils and staff.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Art Department, ensuring its smooth and efficient running.
Oversee the organization of art exhibitions, showcasing the talents of our pupils.
Provide guidance and support to students pursuing A-level art studies.
Requirements:
A relevant degree in Art.
PGCE.
Proven experience in teaching A-level art.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for fostering creativity and a love for the arts.
