Future Leaders International School-Rabdan is looking for an experienced Elementary/KG Homeroom Teacher for August 2025
As a Homeroom Teacher, you will play a key role in providing a world-class education to our students, preparing them for success in an ever-changing world. Your responsibilities will include:
· Implementing the American curriculum with creativity, innovation, and cultural sensitivity.
· Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to explore, learn, and grow.
· Fostering cross-cultural understanding and promoting values of respect, empathy, and collaboration.
· Integrating technology and 21st-century skills into your teaching practices to enhance student engagement and achievement.
· Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
1. A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
2. Have an excellent command of written and spoken English (native level born or IELTS 8+)
3. Two years’ teaching experience in an American curriculum school or international setting (preferred).
4. Excellent communication skills and a passion for cross-cultural education.
5. Adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
