We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our school and drive its strategic growth and academic excellence. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, including leadership, academics, finance, administration, and compliance. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop and implement long-term strategies while ensuring day-to-day efficiency and high educational standards.
The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to foster a positive, student-centered environment and uphold the school's mission and values. Key responsibilities include leading curriculum development, supporting teacher performance, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, and enhancing the school's reputation in the community. The CEO will also represent the school in external partnerships and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Doctorate in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 7 to 8 years of leadership experience in the education sector. Strong strategic, financial, and people management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
