Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Inclusion. The successful candidate will have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an educational setting. As the Head of Inclusion, you will be responsible for overseeing inclusive practices within the school and ensuring that all students receive appropriate support to reach their full potential.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an inclusive education environment
- Strong knowledge of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) best practices
- Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
