Skills and Qualifications:
Here is the updated list of requirements, now including the Post Graduate Diploma in Education:
*Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
*Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE, PGCE)
*Minimum of 5 years teaching experience at the elementary/primary level
*Experience with IB PYP curriculum preferred
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students
*Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
*Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning, adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning needs, and using assessment and evaluation techniques to support student progress
*Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff
