O Castro British International School is a happy, inclusive and successful school in Vigo, Spain with over 700 students in Primary and Secondary. O Castro British School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled French and Spanish Teacher with qualified teaching status to join our fantastic secondary teaching team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong command of French and Spanish.
University degree or official certification.
French (up to A levels) and Spanish (KS3 and 4).
Training in language teaching, pedagogy or similar (desirable).
Ability to design educational materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and deliver engaging and inquiry-based lessons.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary units and support student development.
Assess and document student progress.
Communicate regularly with parents and the school community about student learning and well-being.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
