We are seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking MYP Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic, growing boarding school community. This is a full-time position teaching Mathematics within the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP).

Note: While IB MYP certification is preferred, it is not required—full IB training and professional development will be provided.
Your Challenge and Responsibilities
As an MYP Mathematics Teacher, you will:
  • Inspire students to think critically, reason logically, and apply mathematical understanding to real-life contexts.
  • Lead students through engaging units grounded in conceptual inquiry and global contexts.
  • Foster a learning environment that values collaboration, communication, and creativity alongside rigorous skill development.
You will:
  • Design and deliver differentiated lessons using blended, student-centered approaches
  • Incorporate problem-solving, modeling, and real-world data into daily instruction
  • Use the GRASPS framework for authentic summative assessment tasks
  • Guide students in self-reflection, self-regulation, and academic ownership

Qualifications and Expectations
  • Certified teacher with subject specialization in Mathematics
  • Experience teaching in IB MYP or a similar concept-based curriculum preferred
  • Strong command of English and ability to teach in English as the language of instruction
  • Competence in using digital tools for instruction, collaboration, and assessment
  • Passion for mentoring students and cultivating numerate, confident problem-solvers
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and interdisciplinary planning
