This is a full-time position teaching MYP Design within the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP).

Note: While IB MYP certification is preferred, it is not required—comprehensive IB training will be provided.
Your Challenge and Responsibilities
As an MYP Design Teacher, you will:
Empower students to become ethical creators and innovative problem-solvers.
Guide learners through the Design Cycle—inquiry, development, creation, and evaluation.
Encourage risk-taking, iteration, and design thinking in authentic, student-driven projects.
Foster interdisciplinary connections across STEM, arts, and social impact learning.
Implement a blend of hands-on making, digital design (CAD/CAM), and real-world prototyping.
Liaison with our partnership programs to ensure proper implementation per contract obligations
In classes of up to 24 students, you will emphasize:
Real-world, project-based assessments aligned with GRASPS
You will also mentor students in:
Self-regulated learning and reflection
Effective and ethical technology use
Independent inquiry and meaningful collaboration
Majority of our students are highly motivated scholarship recipients selected through national exams—making your role as a mentor, innovator, and guide truly transformative.

Qualifications and Expectations
Certified teacher with relevant teaching experience (IB MYP or DP preferred)
Background in Product Design, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or Maker Education
Strong skills in CAD, digital design, or fabrication tools (e.g., 3D printing, laser cutting)
Fluency in English and confident instructional use of digital platforms
Passion for mentoring young innovators and change-makers
Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative growth
