Position: Secondary School Math Teacher
We are currently seeking a qualified Secondary School Math Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching math courses at the high/secondary school level using the Canadian curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience at the secondary/high school level
- Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts and principles
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet individual student needs
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient with technology tools such as interactive whiteboards, online resources, etc.
- Familiarity with assessment strategies including formative assessments, summative assessments, rubrics etc.
